About Us
Due Diligence consists of a retired attorney with 25+ years of legal experience and his former legal assistant. As such, we know that Process servers are a necessary part of the legal process. We ensure proper legal notification to individuals involved in legal matters by lawfully delivering court documents. We serve as a neutral third party to deliver documents like summons, complaints, and subpoenas, upholding an individual's rights to due process. Our responsibilities include proper delivery, documentation of the service, filing legal papers and/or retrieving documents, all while complying with state and local laws.
We pride ourselves on providing punctual and reliable services at competitive rates. As an ambitious new concern, we can offer more flexibility and a higher level of personalization. Live phone support and updates will be provided as required. We will make service attempts on Saturdays and before 9 AM and after 7 PM Monday through Saturday whenever circumstances dictate.

Fee includes Affidavit of Successful Service or Affidavit of Attempted Service as completed/required by client.

An additional fee of $25 will be charged for each additional attempt at the same location or alternate location, such as place of business, employment, or known frequented place of leisure or recreation.

An additional fee of $25 will be charged for service on additional party(ies) at the same address.

A fee of $55 will be charged for each additional Affidavit of Service.
